THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ON THE TENTH AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 89/KMK.04/2002 CONCERNING PROCEDURES FOR EXEMPTION FROM IMPORT DUTY AND EXCISE ON THE IMPORT OF GOODS FOR THE NEED OF INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES AS WELL AS THEIR OFFICIAL ASSIGNED IN INDONESIA.

Article I

Several provisions in Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 89/KMK.04/2002 on Procedures for Exemption from Import Duty and Excise on the Import of Goods for the Need of International Agencies and their official assigned in Indonesia are amended as follows:

1. To amend Attachment I point V by abolishing one number, namely number 40 so that point V reads follows:

Article II
